Hey there everyone, I'm Dustin Main from OnCall Computer Services in sunny Saskatoon, Sk Canada.
We're a 5-person IT services company, in our 19th year, specializing in on-site services. We've been a break-fit shop for the most part, and are currently transitioning to a more MSP model which we are very much looking forward to.
As our work has changed and grown over the past couple of years in particular, it's shown the deficiencies in our processes, and I'm hoping that SuperOps will help us bring much of that under one roof, particularly around ticketing, scheduling, and KB.
When I'm not running things with the crew at the office, you can find me hiking and photographing around the world, or teaching photography in "unique" locations. I've led workshops and my photography "Un-Tours" in Myanmar, Jordan, Ukraine (Chernobyl) and Iran.
