Community guidelines

SuperOps is a community that helps bring MSPs across the globe together to provide social support, networking opportunities, and cross-collaboration. It is a place to interact with other MSPs and industry experts with a common business goal and good industry experience. We aim to keep the community safe and useful to all members so we request all community members abide by the following set of community guidelines

The community is here to build a strong support system, is how you can leverage it,

  • Collaborate with like-minded people from the same industry as yours

  • Actively engage and get advice from peers who might have walked the same path you are trying to cross

  • Try helping other peers who might need your help, support and guidance

  • A ‘thank you’ doesn’t hurt. Try thanking people who take the time to reply to your posts

  • Welcome every new member of the community and try building your network

  • Communicate feedback and improvement plans with the community managers

  • Actively participate in all online and in-person events if possible

  • Be kind and helpful to every member you interact with in the community

Here’s the catch.. the rules that should be followed,

  1. Respect every member of the community: Treat everyone with respect and kindness. Do not use any language or behaviour that is offensive, discriminatory, or harassing.

  2. Keep it appropriate at all costs: Posts, comments, and images should be appropriate for all ages and contain no explicit content or graphic violence.

  3. Don’t make an enemy out of a member: Do not engage in personal attacks. If you disagree with someone, do so respectfully and with constructive criticism.

  4. No trolling: Do not post content or comments with the intent of provoking or upsetting others.

  5. Respect privacy: Do not share personal information about others without their consent. Do not share your personal information if you are uncomfortable doing so.

  6. Follow the law: Do not post anything illegal or violate any laws or regulations.

  7. Report violations: If you see any violations of these guidelines or other inappropriate behaviour, please report it to the community manager.

By participating in this community, you agree to abide by these guidelines and help create a safe and welcoming environment for all members. We reserve the right to remove any content or users who violate these guidelines. Thank you for helping us create a positive and inclusive community!
