Newbie Splashtop Help

1) When remoted into an endpoint and UAC prompts is it possible to see the credential box on the technician side? I’m using the SuperOps Splashtop premium license.

2) when trying to transfer a file from the technician to the endpoint, Splashtop says the remote computers version of streamer needs to be updated. All versions are up to date. Anyway around this?
