Troubleshoot in real-time
On-demand ICMP Ping: Ping a network device on-demand to check its internet connection status.
Built-in SSH Terminal: Access the SSH terminal of any device instantly and troubleshoot issues in real-time.

Monitoring with ICMP
Real-time ICMP metrics: Get RTT, Packet loss, and Historical ping range metrics. ICMP will now be enabled by default for all network devices.
Flexible monitoring options: Configure monitoring protocols based on your needs. Choose ICMP-only monitoring for devices that don't have SNMP support.

Expanded device support
Custom asset class: You can now create custom asset classes and start monitoring new device types with ICMP and custom monitors.
New device types: We have added support for 22 new network device types including domain controllers, VMware ESXi hosts, PDUs, and temperature sensors.
