Data Processing in Relation to AI
For features in Phase 1, we utilize OpenAI for several features such as rephrasing, summarizing, and generating work logs. OpenAI acts as a sub-processor for these tasks, but it is important to note that the data processed by OpenAI is not used to train their models. This is explicitly covered in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).Regarding our existing intelligent alerting feature, we leverage Google's technology. In this case, both the data and the model remain securely within our servers.For the upcoming features such as 'Similar Tickets' and 'Recommended Solutions,' we use AWS (OpenSearch) to analyze data and identify similarities, with all processing and storage securely managed within our internal servers. However, OpenAI is used as a sub-processor to generate the recommended solutions. As with other features, this usage is addressed in our DPA, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.
