Release notes for 22nd March, 2024

What's SuperNew:

Dark Mode: Experience SuperOps in a new light...or rather, lack thereof 🌚
Enjoy a sleek new look that’s easy on the eyes and perfect for those long-hour days.

Efficiency and Utilisation Reports: Gain granular insights into how efficiently your resources are being used and how well your clients are performing. Leverage this report to manage your resources better, improve service quality, and drive profitability.

Linux ARM Support: The SuperOps agent is now supported for Linux processors running on the ARM architecture, including support for Raspberry Pi OS.

Additional network device types: We now support monitoring for 8 more network device types. You can start monitoring these devices by creating custom monitors.

Things we’ve improved:

Convert an unknown asset to known: For assets not listed in SuperOps’ SysObject library, you can now manually add device details of your assets and convert them into known assets.

Network monitoring enhancement: We now show the credentials and probe of a monitored network device on its summary page.

CSV import: Now, you can import CSVs with flexible subscriptions on top of your usual monthly and annual subscriptions.

Notifications for @mentions: You can now receive @mention notifications for Notes, Comments, and Side conversations on mobile.

Show original message: To improve the readability of inline content like tables, we've introduced an option that allows you to view the original message.

On Today’s Episode of BugBusters:

We are continuously improving the user experience with ongoing refinements. Stay tuned for more updates in this space.
